Toned muscles have very little to do with diet. You could eat nothing but salads, but still look lumpy unless you work out.
thanks captain obvious. I'm saying if you've made the commitment to the lifestyle, you should be working out. I see a lot of vegans (not vegetarians) who are in worse shape than i am
I think vegans are only committed to helping animals; that rarely has to do with lifting weights.
