yeah.. and it's weird this is really the only thing that annoys me this much. HAHHA kam you are one of the raddest chicks! i agree with you on this. you know what also annoys me, is when someone is having a dinner party and the vegan/veggies have to make a HUGE deal that they dont eat meat dairy, etc and the poor hostess has to cater to their needs. if you dont like it dont eat it there are usually plenty of side dishes that im sure you could eat.
my friend had a dinner party on saturday and one of the sisters was complaining about a dish he was going to make cause she was vegetarian so poor thing was asking everyone what they liked. he asked me if i minded that he was going to prepare seafood (cause i LOATHE seafood) i said "hun, i dont care what you make, if i dont eat that dish, dont worry about it. im sure there's something else i'll enjoy. im stoked to even be invited and enjoy the company" just dont put peeps out esp when they're nice enough to invite you over and put themselves out ya know.
yeah EXACTLY. I mean sure if i was gonna have people over that I don't know very well, I would ask, "hey, any food allergies, preferences" so i don't make a big thing of thai peanut encrusted chicken if they hate thai food are allergic to peanuts and are vegetarians
