I just sent an email to the Hackettstown school system ripping them apart for what they have done to Emily. It took them 2 months to situate her in a new school since they put her on leave for her behavior. Makes me want to move out of NJ even more.
why did they change her schools? dont they have special classes for her to help with her situation?
Since Hatchery Hill School in H-town is small, they disbanded the class she would have been in after last year. Not enough kids to support it. They won't keep a class for one child. So they threw her in a class with kids that had physical disabilites and other issues. Big mistake right there. So they found a school in Franklin Township in Warren County, NJ that had the proper program. It took them 2 months to resolve this. And...The aftercare program won't take her back because of her past issues. I'm extremely PO'ed today. Now I don't know where she'll be after school yet. The school system should be ashamed of themselves doing this to a single parent family.
oh wow, im sorry hun. do you not have relatives that can take care of her after school? or are there any sisters who have day care in their home?
