One of our clients left a message stating her computer stopped working this weekend, so she couldn't get any emails we sent. Then she said her friend would let her use her email and computer, so she can check it. Am I taking crazy pills, or does it not matter where you check a web-based email account? My father-in-law constantly says that too - his email isn't working, but he can get online - hello!?
Ok this is great - the client left me another voice mail, responding to mine that said she should be able to check her email anywhere, and gave me her personal address. Then she said, 'I'm not sure if I remember the password, but you can send it and I might get it.' Hooooohoooo, these are some dull crackers.
