Has anyone ever been to or does anyone know anything about the town of Hartford, CT?
Yeah I have been there before, what do you need to know?
I guess just if it's a nice town or if it's more on the side of run down.
Well, it depends where you go in Hartford, but from what I could remember its a nice New Englandish type of town...
around the aquarium area its pretty nice...part of it is pretty ghetto though
