When you complete the test, it gives a full couple pages of recommendations. How many veggies to eat, by how much to increase your exercise routine, if your BMI is healthy for your height.
Mine suggested: eating more veggies...
Driving no more than 5MPH over the speed limit (I usually do 10MPH over), not talking on the phone while driving(I always do, it's not illegal in PA)
Lowering my resting heart rate by increasing excersise, (I'm working on it!)
Add fish to my diet,
increase my HDL cholesteral level,
do strength building excersise (I mostly just do cardio)
lower my Body Mass Index by at least 2.5 degrees, (I lost 8lbs already!!)
andddd i have to floss everyday.
Flossing is key. haha.
I just took this, I am curious to see what it says. I feel the same as I did when I was 21-I was just telling a patient that yesterday. Weird.
I am 26.9 years old and my "real age" is 21.9. I've been saying I don't feel any different.
The test gave me some bogus nutritional info that I know wasn't right. It even told me to floss more-I am a dental hygienist!
I slso need to get a dog and schedule time for myself to help relieve stress in my life. I would love a dog and a vacation but I don't see that happening right now.
Cool test.
