Are you biologically younger, older,
or the same as your birthday age?

http://www.realage.com/index.aspx

This was a really interesting test, it takes a little bit of time, 100 questions. (And it takes 1-2 hours to get your results back)

It asks genetic questions...(Family members who have had cancer, died young, etc.)

Social Questions..(How fast you drive, how much you drink, how much you work out)

Health Questions (What your blood pressure & cholesteral levels are)

My Stats:
Calendar Age
23.4
Difference
-5.0
RealAge
18.4

Woohoo! I knew I still felt 18! haha

Give it a try!

I don't even want to know. I'm 27 and it'll probably say I am 40....

My actual age is 24.2, "real age" 18.1. This was a nice diversion.

So don't read it just click the link/take the test.

When you complete the test, it gives a full couple pages of recommendations. How many veggies to eat, by how much to increase your exercise routine, if your BMI is healthy for your height.

tesoro tesoroOG 2001 ·

Mine suggested: eating more veggies...
Driving no more than 5MPH over the speed limit (I usually do 10MPH over), not talking on the phone while driving(I always do, it's not illegal in PA)
Lowering my resting heart rate by increasing excersise, (I'm working on it!)
Add fish to my diet,
increase my HDL cholesteral level,
do strength building excersise (I mostly just do cardio)
lower my Body Mass Index by at least 2.5 degrees, (I lost 8lbs already!!)
andddd i have to floss everyday.

Flossing is key. haha.

I just took this, I am curious to see what it says. I feel the same as I did when I was 21-I was just telling a patient that yesterday. Weird.

I am 26.9 years old and my "real age" is 21.9. I've been saying I don't feel any different.

The test gave me some bogus nutritional info that I know wasn't right. It even told me to floss more-I am a dental hygienist!

I slso need to get a dog and schedule time for myself to help relieve stress in my life. I would love a dog and a vacation but I don't see that happening right now.

Cool test.
