Ladies: What do you do when your female co-workers act like high-schoolers: Ignore them and let it fall off your back, or speak your mind and confront them?

well i think confronting high-schoolers is a waste of time and I know when I'm acting like a high-schooler it's a waste of time to confront me unless you want to end up with missing limbs (haha)...

That's what I'm thinking too, but I don't know how to leave this crap at work, you know? What the best way to ignore them without making your blood boil?
