I agree with you, in a way, let me explain..

if it's an issue of money, and they have really not been able to save up for an exotic vacation because paying the mortgage etc. is more important, i can't blame them, because I know what that's like and I've known families that never went anywhere because of money reasons

If it's because they're cheap and don't want to spend money on a silly thing like exploring new things - that's ghey

if it's an issue of fear of flying, i can undertand that, haha, flying is scary

but if it's just an issue of being completely non-adventurous, non-spontaneus, and no desire to experience anything new or try new things.... then yeah i don't wanna be friends, but it's a deeper thing than just "oh wow they've never been anywhere", at that point it's just a personality clash.. there's people here in south jersey that have never left this area, have never lived anywhere else, have never had any desire to go anywhere else.... and also are cheap and don't want to spend money on anything exciting or adventurous.... that bothers me. If i have a dollar and I can save it or spend it on a firecracker, i'm gonna get a firecracker, set it off, and have fun for a moment, ya know? LOL
