people are so gross with their ciggerettes...that's horrible being pregnant..but even on a lesser scale...people will have hacking horrible coughs, and say they're going out for a smoke...and don't get me started on the smell of it! and it makes your walls in your house yellow...ugh, it's just so gross all together.
My brother and his wife smoke around their kids. I just want to drop kick them both for doing that to small kids.
There's a woman here who says she's quitting like, once a month, but lights up before she gets out of the lobby every night. Like she can't wait the extra 10 seconds. And her face is so yellowed and full of wrinkles - it's disgusting.
one of my co-workers was like that, she has asthma and would smoke like a 3 packs a day. she would always be coughing, have attacks, be in the hospital for her lungs and still would not give it up. I would tell her that she should just give up smoking for her health and she would say "ya know, i love it so much and if i die, i'll die happy"...until one day she had an attack that was so life threatening. actually she died like 5 mins from it, heart stopped, too much air in the lungs, they had to use the "paddles" on her. she was in a coma for 4 days hooked up to machines.
now she's doing better, doesnt smoke, cleaning up her life, asking me all kinds of questions about the truth. so sad what some have to go through to appreciate life.
Wow - it is sad that satan has such a grip on the world that they don't realize what they're putting themselves through. It's wonderful that she's talking to you about the truth, though!
i know its horrible that something so bad is SO good to them. and thank you...im just stoked that she really did listen when i witnessed to her before and that she's actually asking questions on her own.
