So on Mondays, I work at a place (connected to my office) called the Nurse Call Center. It's a bunch of RN's taking phone calls and evaluating symptoms and making DR. appointments if necessary. I'm not a nurse, but I just take the overflow of calls...take messages and the nurses call them back, so they don't have to wait on hold.

So I've heard some PRETTY nasty messages, people graphically describing the color of their poo...I got a call that this girl's friend set her leg on fire...pretty crazy stuff..but the one this morning was so upsetting.

This women calls up...she was 32..and she's like..I think I'm pregnant...and I can't be..I want to schedule an appointment to get rid of it..and get fixed at the same time...just so...non-challant.

My heart dropped, abortion is such a terrible, disgusting thing. And it seems even worse that the women has other children, and just doesn't have "time" for one more.

Maybe she should be taking precautions NOT to get pregnant. "No natural affection"....ugh.
