Does anyone know if Split Pea Soup w/ Ham in it freezes well? I made a big ham yesterday and want to make the rest into soup.
Hahaha - sorry! Whenever I freeze homemade ice cream for more than a week, it gets crystallized. You could try one portion with cream and put wax paper or plastic wrap directly on top of it; that might keep the crystals from forming.
