yeah, but that flying snowboard thing was sooo lame. they should have minimized the drama, and just had the whole movie be spiderman beating the piss out of bad guys, and fighting venom.
i felt the same way about the superman movie. it should have pretty much just been superman using his super powers to destroy giant sky scraper sized robots built by lex luthor to destroy metropolis. just like a comic book.
the thing about comics is that the best part are the action parts. comics that are all dialogue and drama are boring. the story doesn't have to be great or super complex for it to be entertaining. as long as the characters are cool and interesting the movie should be good. it's the same thing for action movies...especially movies based on comic book characters. all of the super hero movies that have come out lately have been too plot oriented rather than having character driven plots.

Story means everything. All action and no drama is not a good movie. Spiderman always has a good mix of both. I think Sam Raimi stayed true to the character with Spiderman.

you would probably rather watch the sissy crying dancing scenes, because that's the type of person you are...a gay person. it makes sense that you would like this movie, especially since you enjoy watching baseball so much, which is equally even more gay and much much much much much more boooooooring!

you would be a great director...all of the scenes in your movies would have the hero crying like a sissy little girl, and dancing around like a retard, rather than fighting villains (the main reason why people go see action movies is to see action. if you wanna see guys dressed in tight clothes crying and swing dancing while snapping their fingers, go see west side story. that would probably be right up your alley).
