Went to the Russian congregation that my friend + friend's sister & brother-in-law attend. It was such a great experience. I didn't get called on for my comment but, I was sooo excited just to be there! Sucha a great hall. Incidentally they were saying farewell to some friends some going to Ukraine and another couple going to upstate New York to try and start a Russian group =) I would luv to do something like this!!!! ***SQUEEEEL***

I've been to the Huntingdon Valley, PA one, several times.
There are some foreign languages that are groups hosted by other congregations. I have a friend in the Arabic group, they don't have the theocratic ministry school & service meeting in Arabic they just meet with the congregation who's hall they share then the Sunday meeting is in Arabic partially translated. The Russian where I visited are a complete congregation in Nyack; they share with two other congregations French + English.
The Huntingdon Valley Russian is a complete Congregation as well.
