Where do I find the list of dates for District Conventions?

its always in the feb issue of the watchtower. but for some reason this year it was late. but you can find it in the back of the march 1 2007 watchtower. its the one that says "does it matter which...

no, it's always printed in March issue, but whatever heh. The only thing different this time is only US dates were printed, when different countries dates are printed as well.
