i think its tat'd on. he's ALWAYS had the eyeliner...even when i met him here at the office he had it on so i assume its tatt'd.

yeah, he was here, they were hooking him up w/some sunglasses. i was SO giddy but tried to pull off the "coolness" or at least i think i did. LOL he was def really cool.
