okay - since i can remember, i was able to zoom in and out of photos with my little scrolly mouse wheel in Photoshop annnd starting yesterday it doesn't zoom in and out it does NOTHING and i ...

Edit > Preferences > General > Zoom with Scroll Wheel > Check
