for real though.. i have had a gym membership for 10 years, mostly working out pretty regularly, and i have gained 20 pounds in these past 10 years hahaha... of course i could have worked ...
well, i agree to a point, you shouldnt be too concerned with the actual numbers. but a lot of people will not weigh themselves because they are in denial, and actually seeing the number might be a boost. But once you feel fit & good, i wouldn't DWELL on the numbers.
My brothers wife & I are the same height & weight (she might be an inch taller) but she is like ALL muscle...so obviously is more fit...but the numbers are still the same.
yeah exactly... they really shouldn't mean much except to track your progress, you shouldn't read too much into it though. if you look in the mirror and see an out of shape dough-face looking back at you, it doesn't really matter what the scale says does it?
