I did a bike ride today from my apartment in Hackettstown to Rt 57 to Washington up Rt 31 to Rt 46 and back home again. 30 miles of torture. I almost died. LOL!

It took me over 3 hours. I was running on adrenaline the last 1/3 of the trip. But 80 miles is insane around here with all the hilly terrain.
