I am so nervous right now i'm shooting this portrait session with like 40 other photographers in Atlantic City tonight... some of which have been voted the top 10 on the PLANET. So yeah I'm nervioso nervioso nerviosooo... crazy butterflies right now. Crazy.

it's brides, after the wedding, taking creative/fun/crazy pictures in their dress, some of them in mud, paint, the ocean, a dirty street, etc. to basically trash their wedding dress
it's a new hot thing everyone wants to do
haha i guess the modern brides are not as sentimental about their dress as they used to be
i just always keep my eye out on the latest "trends" heh.. and this is a perfect chance to build my portfolio in this yadda yadda but i am super nervous to be rubbing shoulders with amazing photographers
i'm just gonna feel mad sheepish in front of them all hahaha

so far in the past almost 5 years since my wedding i only wore it a couple times to bars to get free drinks
and right now it's in a rubbermaid container taking up space in my closet... i want to do one of these sessions pretty bad

well, this was photoshopped. They lit the dress on fire and then added the bride's face later on.

after jay and mariflor desouza's wedding we all jumped into the pool in our tuxes. the girls wouldn't do it though. but trashing a wedding dress? is nothing sacred? i'm kidding. i don't care.
yeah we all did that after dave and allie's haha
at a friends wedding we paid 5 bucks to have no worry on the stains on the tuxes and we were like, lets play paintball after the ceremony

okay that was really really really fun. And i actually knew some people there.. from the internet.. from photography forums, haha. It was so fun.
however it was MAD foggy, MAD MAD MAD foggy... so that kinda put a damper on things, pun intended

she didn't really get in the water till almost 10 p.m. and there was very little light and a LOT of fog, so that was a bummer, other than that it was so fun
pics came out good! you can barely tell it was foggy. (she kind of looks like Gabrielle Anwar)

it was funny at one point we were inside the Taj Mahal and one of the other photographers in my group yells out to the bride - "angelina, angelina" - people like FELL OVER THEMSELVES haha so gullible

we were just assigned one bride, per 6 photographers. I'm already getting inquiries to do more of these sessions I can't wait to do one like, in nice light, by myself, without 5 other photographers scurrying for a shot haha :)

this is a very odd, but kind of interesting concept. the couple of the pictures with the bride and groom with guns is kind of eerie...
yeah one group had a "murder" thing going on last night,had the bride burying her groom in the sand, under the pier, mostly dark, with a sinister look on her face, it was interesting
