this is my warning to everyone NEVER to buy a Toshiba laptop and warranty. I just literally spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with those idiots trying to get a work order for them to fix our broken laptop, then just to admit that the warranty is valid. Idiots. No one should have to go through this crap.
This bites hard =( I actually HAVE a Toshiba and luv it but, problem free on this end thus far. So customer service down in the gutter?
That's actually why I didn't go with Dell, hope it improves.
I have an old toshiba that's a work horse - it's worked for like 8 years and I still love it. But this one is from 04/05 and it's been broken like 5 times. their products are going down the toilet and yes, cust service sucks!
