carne asada is always a must to grill!!! and i've just learned you can grill it w/chorizo and put some homemade salsa or guacamole...SOOOO yum

not really. you can soak the carne asada in like a salsa or with chilis, but its usually prepped for you when you hit the mexican markets...so all you have to do is throw it on the grill.
