I remember seeing "Powder" a while back, that was horrible. The plod outline on imdb pretty much says it all: "A young bald albino boy with unique powers shakes up the rural community he lives in"...

A couple of guys in High School used to call me Powder, after the movie. Haha... Cuz I'm pale.
