uhm the tapp connects rockland county to westchester county. you might want to find another way to Connecticut though. maybe take the GWB to 87North to 95, or just take the GWB to 95. Or I guess...

I know it connects parts of NY but that's how I always get to Conn. People actually go to Westchester county?
