oh I'm in love with it! But I wish Bill Murray was in it. I love him.
i smell a cameo
i love Wes Anderson, but uh-oh. he's starting to meander too much for my taste. Anderson's flicks never have plots, by definition, but hopefully there will be a coherant enough story to enjoy. Not just a buncha fun scenic camera set-ups coupled with cluttered vintage set designs and quirky delivery of ironic dialogue. i guess this is Wes Anderson's "road-trip" film and love letter to India. fine and dandy. lets just hope it pays off story-wise.
track record: Bottle Rocket was good. Rushmore was great. The Royal Tenenbaums was perfect. The Life Aquatic was a fun step in the wrong direction. Lets see how The Darjeeling Limited shapes up...
aside: hm, The Life Aquatic's theatrical poster has the same color scheme this one has
ah, i love owen wilson. kind of funny he's playing a guy with a broken nose
beautiful! can't wait for the edited for TV version :/
HA!! YESS!!
VENICE, Italy - Bill Murray says he was just dropping people after a party when he was stopped in downtown Stockholm driving a golf cart.
The police "asked me to come over and they assumed that I was drunk and I explained to them that I was a golfer," Murray told reporters Monday at the Venice Film Festival, where he appeared before the premiere of his new film "The Darjeeling Limited," which also stars Adrien Brody, Jason Schwartzman and Owen Wilson.
like i said. cameo.
