haha, no, you're fine. you looked very, very tired. i almost didn't say anything as i was stuck holding the door for like 75 people. ugh. anyway, yeah, i honestly thought to myself, "maybe i'll just let her pass by, she looks like she needs a nap or something." but then you were directly under my nose. and, yes, that's my favorite blazer. everyone wants to touch it. bill blass represent!
I talked to you today, though! I probably looked insane today. My allergies are so bad that while rubbing my eyes last night (I sat for a half hour with the heel of my hand in my left eye just rubbing it...feels so good) I burst a small blood vessel. Woops. I didn't want to talk to people and have them thinking, "Yikes...what drugs is she on?" Or like...that maybe I'm giving them a disease by standing next to them.
Yeah, nice to chat with you and Sammy! I couldn't tell you have allergies, but I CAN tell you I agree with the eye rubbing. I use the pointer finger. I really get in there too. It sometimes makes that suctiony eye fluid sound too. It feels great. As I'm doing it I'm thinking, "I wonder if I'm doing any lasting damage. Don't care. Can't stop."
I know, I'm glad we got to chat! I felt dumb just saying hi walking by instead of stopping and talking but I was originally on a total mission to find Matt Neville!
There was a day years ago when Malibu and I just sat in her kitchen and rubbed our eyes allll day. It was glorious.
i was just thinking how it's crazy that your allergies are acting up and mine aren't. and i can't believe you went this weekend. ours is next weekend!!! crazy.
I don't know what's up with me. I feel a lot better today but still kind of blah-ish. It may just be a cold instead?
We were with the weirdest assortment of congregations! I'll be at yours on Friday, though.
