argh i just realized i have like 5 sick days, 2 floating holidays, and 1.5 vacation days to use before the end of the year... but i never get sick and i want to go snowboarding ... my last job just...

i'm guessing you can't trade them in for pay. i would use two in a row twice. cuz if you call out sick 3 days in a row, usually they want a drs note. and let the fifth go the way of the birdie.
