I'm happier being naive about how much crime actually goes on in this world. A reporter, Jill Leovy, after having covered 9/11 decided to investigate all the "forgotten" murders that occur in Los Angeles County. She says an average of 3 people are killed every day and has started this blog http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/homicidereport/
