so last night at the meeting i had a talk which i decided not to miss just because of my stupid knee and i decided to just not wrap my knee or wear the brace i just realllly do not want to call ...

that "back school to front school switch" happens often, the school overseer acts like it's ok but sometimes it can be traumatic if you weren't expecting it

yeah it made me panic a tiny bit - but it was weird because i was kind of panicked about my leg so i didn't feel nervous about the actual talk, ha

it just felt really uncomfortable - like the swelling is still there and it just feels so weird like not being comfortable in any position basically because of the tightness and swelling.. and it kinda hurts today a little, i think i've been doing too much like all day yesterday i walked around with nothing on it, sooo today i'm icing it and keeping it in the brace
