Hey, did anyone get that refund paper for purchases made outside the US from 1996 to 2006? If you used a Visa or MasterCard you get back a choice of either $25, or 1% back of total spent overseas. ...

Awesome! I lived for 6 months abroad in 2004 . . man, I should've used that credit card for more things.. I used cash a lot during that time. I'm definitely making a claim, 'cause as if I'm not already angry with Capital One (a story for another day) ... now I'm really angry about the nondisclosure as well.
