Don't ask me... that was just what I overheard said on the television in the background yesterday. haha

Oh but, I think, 'cause like The Kennedy's & Clintons have a little history. Like old friends. Don't know if it's significant, but the News got it across that way. (Not that you can trust everything on News, but that's what was said)
