oh
since my whole debacle of going to every store in the mall and NO PANTS FIT... i had a really bad cold for like two weeks and didn't go to the gym.. i guess i'm eating less... but not really.. anyway i lost the 5 pounds that i gained in December, when I waas going to the gym like every day, LOL
and it's not muscle

anyway the "eat every few hours" thing doesn't work for me
haha. anyways that be it. i'm still a fatty but at least now i kind of understand what works and doesn't work for me. and i'm going back to the gym now that i'm over my massive cold. we'll see what happens ha.
yeah eating every few hours doesnt work for me. neither does the "protein" shake thing. makes me gain weight.
yep - exactly. yeah i just started eating lighter, and i dropped the weight. salad is my friend. lol. i heart leaves.
haha i know. ive been going the salad route. also too ive been cutting down "picking" at stuff. like in my mental state, i think, "oh i'll jsut have a bite of this. its only fattening if you eat the WHOLE thing" LOL then a pick here and there comes to a whole meal. haha
I've been sick for the last 2 days. Yesterday I couldn't get out of bed. I got up long enough to get the kids to school then passed out again. I barely ate anything. Today was a little better, but didn't eat much today either. So I hope I lost a few.
