lol no... we do... i think most people out here dont really have oil heat cause its not cost effective for how much people would use it. But you will see the oil tanks or whatever by peoples houses.

oh cause a couple of months ago we didnt have heat for a couple of days, and it ended up being that the cover on the boiler had fallen off and we could have fixed that ourselves without waiting for PSE & G, but I guess that's not your problem.
