today is a miracle haha
i woke up at 6ish and went to the gym and took a spinning class
so it's 9:30 and i'm all kinds of awake and energetic
yay for physical activity
there's a spin class at my gym super early like that ... but i can't imagine waking up that early and working out without being sick. so I'd have to eat something first. but then working out - i'd probably just puke.

With me, it's a very delicate balance as to when i can eat before working out. If i eat lunch (even something lite) right before working out i feel sluggish. But if i'm hungry, i'm also sluggish. So i need to eat like an hour before i work out, or just eat a bananna right before working out.
yeah i took an amino supplement and drank a bunch of water before... but yeah like 10 minutes before it was over i was about to pass out.. and i was STARVING after

NICE!!! i feel refreshed when i work out in the morning too. i just dont think i could take a spin class at 4am when i work out. LoL
