Dunkin Donuts is selling small lattes, cappuccinos and espressos for 99 cents today from 1 to 10 pm. http://www.philly.com/philly/news/15982152.html

I guess it's their answer to McDonald's giving the free coffee of any size on Valentine's Day. Too bad Dunkin couldn't find it within their budget to give free lattes instead of charging a petty 99.
