They changed the name of the album from Bleed American to self-titled. The name of the song didn't change.
That's what I thought. You don't change the name of the song and still leave the old name on the album.

Yeah, maybe they just changed it for the single's release? Not quite sure. Maybe newer productions runs of the full album have it changed as well.
