sooo.. yeah.. real estate is crazy right now. This house that I walk my dog by .. house is for sale for 239K.. CRAZY - two years ago nothing was less than 250 here and now you can have a huge house for 239 so it will probably sell for like 225-230 - SICK

yep. but you also get paid half of what you would get paid for up north, for most jobs. it's all relative. i guess. still stinks though because if we only waited 2 years we could have had a nicer house, LOL! But who knew back then. Plus we had no choice, the apt we were in was getting sold. But still, it just stinks.
