1) 50/year 2) Yes 3) No 4) I would probably have to bribe the company in some way. Maybe some compromising pictures of the CEO. Some sort of extortion deal. Then it would probably be justifiable.

I assume Matt is talking about using your car for company use. I use my own car for work related travel once or twice a year. I am not including my commute.
