Anybody know what to do when your printer thinks its jammed, but it isn't, and you tried turning it off and on again, and unplugging it and it still wont work? I cant find where to troubleshoot

thank you anyway, but i figured it out. I was actually unplugging the Christmas lights that arent't up anymore anyway.... (i guess that's a sign they shouldnt be at my desk)
