i dont know if i mentioned this on here...but i work out at the gym at 4am and i always see this guy drinking coffee while doing his workout. SO gross!

There's a reason for that. Caffeine gives you that extra edge to push yourself harder. Sometimes I'll have a cup before a workout.
me too. I really hate energy drinks. I tried propel once, and i didn't like that either.
i cant drink energy drinks. WAY too much caffeine for me....i would have a heart attack from being so hyper. lol
