Yeh, when I heard the Newton Faulkner one (I listen to a lot of Virgin Radio UK), I had noooooo idea he was covering the theme song for House, MD! hahaha 'Cause you don't get to hear the lyrics on House.
And thanks for that, because I have a feeling that my music taste is generally perceived as everything leftfield and unheard of, but that's not the case at all. I like whatever I find good sounding and/or meaniful. I don't different music for the sake of liking different music. I come off as pretentious, but if anyone saw the scope and range of my music collection (which doesn't and will never represent the whole of my musical taste, since my collection would be impossible to complete, as I constantly find new music that I like), they'd probably say, okay, he isn't pretentious afterall.
I haven't tried muxtape... but I just checked it out for the first time last night. Well, kinda... I didn't make my own, but I like playlist.com for it's easiness and quickness. Btw, tried that file2hd.com in the small hours today. Took awhile to find out how to make it work... but eventually got it & love it. For some reason the song will download initially as a index.php file and my OS will think it's supposed to open as a digital image or something, but rename it with .mp3 and it's a charm.
