so last night i was doing some stuff in vista, and i got really pissed at that stupid UAC when i tried to delete a file off my desktop, because it wouldn't let me.

once i shut off UAC, i rebooted .. and Mesh no longer worked. I vaguely remember something about it needing UAC to work ... POOP. well it's still set up on my Media Center PC, so I guess that's something.
