eat organic i guess...although it is expensive. and i could never switch from skippy peanut butter to that flavorless organic crap. i guess you could just eat mcdonald's all the time, cause they say they dont have trans-fats, lol.

i read a very disturbing article on food yesterday at the doctor's office... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/4148164.stm ...it really creeped me out, and made me angry at how arrogant mankind has gotten. they think they can do anything! i personally would never eat lab grown meat.

well we grow a lot of our food during the summer and what we don't grow we get from local farm stands so that's not too bad. it's more the processed foods that we are going to do our best to avoid: crackers, cookies, condiments, and especially anything we don't get to read a label on. I didn't find anything from the FDA, but I read in several news articles that packaged foods that say No Trans Fats can have 1.5% Trans Fats.
