how much weight do you think it is possible to put on in one month? i'm going to be eating everything in sight for the next thirty days and lifting as much and as heavy as i can, and i want to see how much weight i can put on. what do you guys think is in the realm of possibility.
maybe 5 - 10 lbs. But you'd have to be working out like crazy, not doing cardio, and eating 6x day, NOT CRAP FOOD, but good stuff that's low in fat.
im doing three protein shakes a day double scoops, and im gonna try and do four meals. mostly peanut butter and jelly, pasta, tuna fish, whatever is there pretty much.
i'll tell you right now that 4 isn't enough. and ease up on those carbs, especially after 6.
i think you can do 10-15 pounds. you might not keep all of it but i'd say a solid 10. focus on your legs
i say focus on chest, back, and shoulders. as attractive as muscular legs on skinny arms are, that's my vote. (MK I know you're going to disagree)
i think focusing on mainly legs and back is the way to go. you definitely build muscle fastest in your legs.
i think it's key to hit upper and lower back. I'm personally not a fan of dead lifts, clean lifts or anything along those lines. I recommend pull-ups, seated rows, and using the machines to hit traps.
i find dead lifts are the best exercise you can do. they are certainly one of the best for building mass. they get everything, legs, back shoulders, even abs and forearms.
I've just been lifting a fork lately... If I get to the gym once a week now, that's pushing it.
fatty!
That's what my wife says.
His upper body is jacked, he needs to work on his legs.
Why the need to get heavier?
i just want to be bigger. i've been 155-160 for so long now.
Go eat a couple cases of white castle burgers
