i know i was SOOOO mad when i heard it. they were talking about it on the station i listen to and are trying to get in touch with one of the guys from the beastie boys about it.

but this isn't country folk (*see footnote), this is crap that thinks it can commercialise so called "alt-country" or "country rock" or whatever they call it these days.

*try Mojave 3, Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, and My Morning Jacket (bigger fan of the first 2, than the latter 3rd).

And, maybe you won't like those at all either...but at least they're not this Big & Rich crap.
