If anything ever happens to me, I just want it documented somewhere that the tenant below me is responsible.

Most of us within our respective neighborhoods/dwellings are pleasant, considerate, and definitely non confrontational. As a single woman of a small stature I am all the more so introverted at home: low volume TV viewing/video gaming/music playing, my guests maintain a respectful noise level at all times, and my home happens to be a shoes off dwelling for comfort and cleanliness.

WHY DO I OF ALL PEOPLE HAVE A PSYCHO VECINO????

**UPDATE**

Shaking or violently vibrating apartment, furniture crashing from 12-3am, um how to put this....growling. So yeah, last night was a hoot, only NOT.
