He's moving permanently overseas. For financial reasons, social issues that exist here (US/NJ) that he's fed up with that are less common where he's going. Ian I SWEAR! Finally, NO. Ian, it looks like she's saying here that he'll be moving to Svalbard.. which is a part of the Kingdom of Norway that has free immigration. haha Sounds like this dude is gonna wind up on 'Locked Up Abroad.'
By the way, whenever someone says "overseas" it makes me think "military!" Say "abroad!" Abroad! hahah
Is it now safe to say what country he moved to? I think we let enough time pass to bring it back for a topic of conversation. We won't call Interpol on him.
