Very choice recommendations. As for unnecessary activities, I ended up driving ALL day (first day out in 4 days). One town to file out medical paper work then drove all the way to my Dr. in Dover only to find that as a new patient they couldn't see me until tomorrow which they neglected to tell me ON THE PHONE. BAH! So I grocery shopped in Rockaway, bought generic nyquil. Tea was actually very helpful :o)

2 of my sisters and a bunch of my co-workers took tylenol cold and flu and were feeling better w/in days. and a few also put the vicks rub on the bottom of their feet overnight to help with their cough.

I just got back from my Doc. Basically he confirmed what I suspected, it's the flu. It's letting up but I got a prescription for the lingering affects.
Vicks rub on the feet? That's really interesting, I bet it works, I'll keep it in mind for my next bout. Bootleg Nyquil won this round.

Thanks Dan! Thanks G!
