Ok so Step 1 - need to get good appraisal on our house.
Step 2 - roll our house car and medical bills into one payment
Step 3 - Garrett turn in his Regular Pioneer Ap. Wooohooo. I'm waiting for the appraiser. My plan is to become BFF with her so she gives us a good good appraisal. I think my spelling is way off.

Is it a good or a bad thing that my cat kept trying to play with the lady. She kept on running up to her, tapping her foot with her paw and running away. THIS CAT KILLS ME.
