hmmm. hummus is chick peas, isn't it? that always kind of worried me. I don't particularly trust chick peas. kind of like a pea that's not green. can't be good.

I know Trinidadians (since I was married to one) eat something called Doubles.. which is curry seasoned chick peas between 2 small soft Roti (Which is a pita like bread)... also Dahlpouri, which is...

Actually Doubles are great! Put pepper sauce in there and it's awesome. Dahlpouri I don't like.. the dahl (which is chick pea "sauce") is a ll dry and sandy inside...
